The KY-GJ305 is a mini industrial silicone keyboards. This custon silicone keyboards has 83 keys , durable, waterproof and washable, silicone material, silicone surface provides comfortable typing experience. Can be used in petroleum , chemical , Industry medical, pharmaceutical, industrial and so on.
83 keys IP65 dynamic waterproof and anti-destruction industrial custon silicone keyboards is a compact mini silicone keyboards that saves space.
The panel of the metal silicone keyboards is made of metal material, which has the characteristics of being sturdy. The surface is powder-coated (grayish white), which can withstand the corrosion of water/salt spray, and the color of the panel can be customized.
The keys are made of silicone material, which is comfortable and quiet for typing. The silicone and metal panel are IP65 dynamically sealed to achieve the dustproof and waterproof design level required by the industry.
The function keys (F1, F2, F3, F4...F12) of the mini silicone keyboards are located in the top row for easy operation. The F1, F2 and Fn keys are combined to realize the functions of F11 and F12. The customized silicone keyboards uses durable industrial PCB, carbon gold key switch technology, and sensitive contact.
The silicone keyboards can be customized with backlight function, and the HOME key on the upper right side has to use the backlight control function.
The key area of the silicone keyboards is partially gray and white, with a large degree of distinction, which can be customized according to actual application needs.
Long stroke (1.5mm±0.5 mm) technology, excellent touch, can input data quickly and accurately, without any noise, suitable for quiet environment.
There is complete silicone on the metal aluminum plate, which can achieve a tight seal between the keyboard and the cabinet during installation.
The upper right side of the silicone keyboards has 3 LED indicators for CapsLock/Num Lock/Scroll Lock, which are used to indicate on/off, and the min type design.
The silicone keyboards's layout can be customized. KY-GJ305 is a dual-language interface in English and Russian. The text on the silicone keyboards keys can be customized according to the actual country of use or application requirements.
This silicone keyboards can be used in very harsh environments such as water flushing on the surface, direct rainfall outdoors, high humidity, large amounts of dynamic water, oil, dirt, salt spray, etc.
