KY3688LP-H is a metal lcd display keypad.
The LCD displays prompts, allowing users to clearly understand the operation stage, and also displays the entered key input, providing an excellent human-machine interface.
The lcd display keypad‘s screen is a yellow-green backlit LCD (backlight color is customizable). A sleep timer can be set, for example, after 15 or 30 seconds of inactivity, the keyboard enters sleep mode to save power, especially suitable for outdoor battery-powered applications. It can also be set to remain continuously active.
This custom lcd display keypad uses RS485 communication with a baud rate of 115200bps; other baud rates are also customizable.
The serial communication commands for the metal keyboard can be customized according to application requirements. It can control the content displayed on the keyboard's LCD screen.
